If you don't believe that phones these days are worth spending $1,000 on, Google has your back. In 2019, the company launched the Google Pixel 3a, a mid-range phone that users can buy if they want to save some money. The phone wasn't particularly expensive to begin with, but now it's cheaper than ever.
Amazon is currently selling "renewed" models of both the Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL, where the prices are starting at $284.95 for the Pixel 3a. This represents a savings of over $100 compared to a brand new model, but you will have to live with the fact that this is essentially a refurbished model.
According to Amazon, renewed products work and look like new, but they have been pre-owned but are inspected to make sure that they are in working condition. You will miss out on certain things like the official box and accessories, but you get to save yourself some money in the process, so unless those things are important to you, why not?
