The Samsung Galaxy Note 10 only just launched, but it seems that the rumor mill just won't stop. In a new report from MySmartPrice, new details about the Samsung Galaxy S11 (not expected until early 2020) have been revealed.
According to their sources, the Samsung Galaxy S11 is known internally as "Picasso" (we're not sure if the codename might hint at possible features) and will apparently launch in three variants. They have the model numbers SM-G981, SM-G986, and SM-G988. Given that the Galaxy S10 was also launched in three variants, it shouldn't come as a surprise to learn that the Galaxy S11 could do the same as well.
Presumably, this will be the Galaxy S11, the larger Galaxy S11+, and the "budget" Galaxy S11e model. The report goes on to add that with the Galaxy S11 models, Samsung will be giving them 5G across the board, so you won't need to buy a specific 5G model.
Other alleged features of the Galaxy S11 include a new Exynos chipset built using the 7nm EUV process, and that the cameras on the phone are also expected to receive huge upgrades, bumping it from 48MP and 64MP ISOCELL cameras. The report also alleges that Samsung will not be adopting an in-display front-facing camera for the Galaxy S11, so we can continue expecting the hole-punch design.
It might be a bit early to start thinking about the Galaxy S11, so it's probably best to take this with a grain of salt for now until more concrete and official details can be had.
