Samsung Galaxy Note 10’s absurd price leaks

The problem with our smartphones these days is that they are getting more expensive with every release. Even phones from companies such as OnePlus, who were known for creating affordable handsets, have increased their prices by quite a bit with the OnePlus 7 Pro. Unfortunately, increasing prices are a reality that we have no choice but to deal with.

On that note, it seems that the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 10 will not be an exception to that rule. A report from Russian website Hi-Tech has revealed that for the Note 10, Samsung is rumored to be pricing the handset around $1,200. It is unclear if this price is for the top-of-the-line model with 5G, or if this price is for the base model, but either way, it seems that there is a good chance that would-be customers can expect to spend around $1,000-$1,200 for the device.

The semi-good news is that there have been rumors that claim that the Note 10 could be launched in multiple variants, similar to the Galaxy S10 where there might be a smaller and cheaper version of the Note 10, but nothing has been confirmed yet so it's probably best to take it with a grain of salt for now.

To give you guys some context, the Samsung Galaxy S10e is priced starting at $749, the Galaxy S10 at $900, and the Galaxy S10+ at $1,000, so at a rumored price of $1,200, the Note 10 would already be more expensive than the majority of the Galaxy S10 models. Will it be worth it? We'll just have to wait and see.
