Many years ago, HTC launched a smartphone with a dual camera on its back. This raised many eyebrows in which the feature seemed more like a gimmick than anything, but fast forward to today, and pretty much every flagship handset you see (along with some mid-rangers) comes with a dual or even triple camera setup.
This is why it doesn't come as a complete shocker to find that Motorola could be considering hopping on board that triple camera bandwagon. According to a recent set of renders published by Pricebaba and OnLeaks, it shows off an upcoming Motorola handset which could very well be the first Motorola smartphone to sport a triple camera design.
It also seems to have adopted the hole-punch display, which if you were to take away Motorola's branding, it could have easily fooled us into thinking it might actually be a Samsung handset. As to what this Motorola phone could be, some have speculated that it could actually be the Moto G8, while others are claiming that it might be the Moto P30 Power, also known as the Motorola One Power.
In terms of its specs, we're looking at a 6.2-inch display with a HD+ resolution, a triple camera setup on the back with 12MP sensors, and it could also potentially be packing the Qualcomm Snapdragon 675 chipset along with 6GB of RAM, and 64/128GB of storage. Needless to say that these renders and information should be taken with a grain of salt for now, but hopefully we'll have more official details soon.
