T-Mobile, especially John Legere, is not afraid to let everyone know when they do something better than the other carriers. It may not surprise you to find out that T-Mobile had the best customer satisfaction in 2017. This information comes T-Mobile's blog where they source reports from YouGov Brand Index and HarrisX Mobile Insights.
Obviously, there are many ways to measure something like customer satisfaction. JD Power is another popular source and they show AT&T as #1. The difference is all about how you measure satisfaction. JD Power uses purchasing experience, while T-Mobile's sources used overall satisfaction and how likely users are to recommend the carrier to others.
Based on those variables, it seems T-Mobile has a better argument for the top spot. Verizon was second, with AT&T at third, and Sprint falling in last place. Check out the charts below to see how customer satisfaction changed throughout the year. People seem to like T-Mobile's approach. Are you a T-Mobile customer? How do you feel about your service?
