Teardown images of the new Motorola RAZR reveal its internal components

With only hours to go before the unveiling of the new Motorola RAZR featuring a foldable display, teardown images of the phone from the device's FCC filing have surfaces. While we have seen quite a few images and renders of the phone, the new photographs give us multiple clear views of the phone from the outside along with images of the phone's internal components.

The Motorola RAZR is shown with large notch at the top of its folding display, a robust hinge (somewhat similar to that of the Samsung Galaxy Fold), a smaller display on the outside of the phone and a USB-C port along the bottom edge of the device. The chin below the display does feature a fingerprint sensor while the volume rocker and power button are positioned along the upper half of the right edge of the phone.

The FCC documentation doesn't give us any details about the phone's functionality, but previous rumors have indicated that the phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 710 processor with 6GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The device is said to be a Verizon exclusive at launch, here in the U.S. but we're hoping that Motorola has plans to sell the phone unlocked or through other service providers as well.
