It is expected that come 2020, Samsung will be launching a couple of new flagship phones such as the Galaxy S11, Galaxy Note 11, and possibly the Galaxy Fold 2. Now according to leakster Ice Universe, it seems that at least two of those phones could be announced in February 2020.
According to Ice Universe, he claims that the Galaxy S11 and a foldable Samsung phone could be announced on the 18th of February, 2020. Those are very specific dates so we have to wonder how true it is. What's interesting about the tweet is that the Galaxy Fold 2 described will not be a smartphone/tablet hybrid, but a clamshell like device.
This is in line with a rumor from back in August in which it was suggested that the next Galaxy Fold smartphone from Samsung could borrow a page from Motorola and the company's newly launched Motorola Razr foldable phone.
Rumors: Samsung Electronics is tentatively launching the Galaxy S11 series and clamshell foldable phones in San Francisco, USA on February 18, 2020.

That being said, it does feel a bit early for Samsung to be trying and push for a successor of the Galaxy Fold, especially given the delays of the original phone, it hasn't even been a year yet. Last we heard, the Galaxy Fold 2 could be launching in April 2020, but this tweet suggests that its timeline might have been moved up.
In any case it's probably best to take this with a grain of salt for now, but MWC 2020 does take place in February so maybe Samsung will have more details to share then.
