How to reset the Galaxy Buds

This method will work for the original Samsung Galaxy Buds and newer Galaxy Buds+.
NOTE: This reset method only works if you are using an Android-powered smartphone. If you happen to be using the Samsung Galaxy Buds with an iPhone, you will need to borrow an Android device from a friend or family member, install the Galaxy Wearable app and then follow the instructions below.
- Place the Galaxy Buds in their case and let them charge for at least 10 minutes
- Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone
- Scroll to the bottom and tap About earbuds.
- Tap Reset earbuds
- Tap Reset to initiate the Galaxy Buds reset process
