We always love sharing great deals with you, but today's Razor Phone deal is the best one we've come across in a very long time! Razor is slashing the price of the Razor Phone by $300 from its original $700 price tag, bringing the grand total down to just $400. As you might expect, the Razor Phone hasn't been super popular among mainstream Android users, but that's mainly due to the phone's design and Razor's marketing approach. Surprisingly, the deal also applies to the Limited Gold Edition of the Razor Phone which comes with a custom gold logo on the back and a unique box.
For those not familiar with the Razor Phone, the device features a 5.72-inch 120Hz display (first in a smartphone), a Qualcomm Snapdragon 835, 8GB RAM, 64GB internal storage with microSD slot, 4,000mAh battery, 12-megapixel dual cameras (wide angle & telephoto) main camera setup, 8-megapixel camera on the front, fingerprint sensor on the power button and dual stereo speakers which rival HTC's older BoomSound setup. Razer got into the smartphone game when it purchased Nextbit a while back which was founded by the former head of design at HTC.
The deep discount on the Razor Phone is likely due to the fact that the phone hasn't been a huge seller, but also because the rumor mill has indicated at the Razor Phone 2 may be right around the corner. The Razor Phone isn't going to go head-to-head with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 or the OnePlus 6, but I don't think anyone will be complaining about having a year-old processor since this deal will leave them with a big wad of cash in their wallet.
