Android Pay may not have as much star power as Apple Pay, but there are still a ton of people using it. RadPad, a company which makes a rental payment app for apartment managers, decided to use their launch of Android Pay to run a promotion that waives the payment fee, and it was so successful they had to end it way earlier than they thought.
